The shared flat is located on the 4th and 5th floor with an elevator. The flat has two floors. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets for common use, all separate accessible. The whole flat has two bathrooms and tow separated toilets. The shared area will be cleaned by a cleaning stuff all 2 weeks. If you want to have a cleaning for your room you can also have that for a small extra charge. Just ask for it. The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and laundry dryer and WiFi Internet. There is also a grill on the terrace. The kitchen has a dishwasher and all thinks what you need for cooking and eating (plates, pots etc.). In one bathroom is a laundry machine and a laundry dryer.
The shared flat (10 rooms in total) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people. The kitchen is a big community and meeting area.
